No. We only supply products that are within their full shelf life. Batch dates and expiry information are documented on each COA. We do not discount or sell short-dated stock.

We ship exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are dispatched from our Australian facility.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most metro areas receive their orders within 2–4 business days. Regional and rural areas may take 4–7 business days. Tracking is provided with every order so you can monitor your delivery.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders over $400. Orders under $400 will have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout depending on your location and the size of your order.

All products are packaged with appropriate cold-chain materials to maintain compound stability and integrity during transit. Packaging is discreet and does not indicate the contents on the outside of the parcel.

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@aussiebiopeptidelabs.store with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is a document issued by an accredited independent laboratory that confirms the identity, purity, and quality of a specific batch of compound. It details the compound name, batch number, test date, testing methodology (HPLC, MS), and the actual purity result. Every order from Aussie Peptide Labs includes a COA.

Yes. All COAs are issued by accredited third-party laboratories that are completely independent from our supply chain. We do not issue self-certified COAs. This ensures complete objectivity and reliability in the testing results.

We use two primary testing methods. High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) confirms purity by separating and measuring compound components. Mass Spectrometry (MS) confirms molecular identity, ensuring the compound matches its stated structure. Both tests are run on every batch.

Your COA is included with your order. You can also access COAs for all of our products through our COA Library on the website. If you cannot locate your COA, contact us at support@aussiebiopeptidelabs.store and we will send it directly.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we do not accept returns on opened products. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, sealed condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aussiebiopeptidelabs.store with your order number and photos of what you received. We will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.

Once a refund is approved, it is typically processed within 3–5 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider, but is generally within 5–10 business days from the date of processing.
